Review replies for local business

The reply is already written.

Ask for reviews with one paste or a QR card on the counter. Every new one arrives with a reply already written in your voice. Read it, change anything, publish it.

No card required. Works the day you sign up, with no Google approval to wait for.

Food was good but we waited 45 minutes for a table with a booking. Nobody said anything to us the whole time. Felt forgotten.

Your reply, in your voice

An example review and the reply RespondWay wrote for it.

A worked example.

Reads reviews from

  • Google
  • Yelp
  • Facebook
  • Tripadvisor
  • OpenTable

Forwarded from your own inbox, so none of them has to approve you first.

What happens to a review

  1. You ask

Paste the customers you served this week and each gets an invitation with a link to your review page. Print the QR card for the counter and people scan it while the visit is still fresh. Anyone who does not answer gets one reminder, three days later, and never another.

  2. A review lands

Set one forwarding rule in your mail app, once, and every future review notification arrives here on its own. Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor and OpenTable. You never forward anything by hand, and there is no API access to wait on.

  3. It gets read

Every review is scored for sentiment and tagged by subject, so "slow on Fridays" stops being a feeling and becomes a number you can act on.

  4. A reply is written

In your voice, not a template. Set the tone once, add the rules your business actually has, and the draft comes back sounding like the person who owns the place. A review written in Polish or Korean gets answered in Polish or Korean, across 73 languages.

  5. You decide

Read it, change anything, publish. Or reject it and ask for another. Nothing reaches a customer that you have not approved.

  6. The bad ones find you first

A one or two star review emails you within minutes, with a de-escalation draft already written and that customer’s history attached.

  7. The good ones go to work

Put your best reviews on your own website with one line of HTML, and turn a five star review into a branded card ready to post. Praise you already earned, doing something.

What your customers see

Both of these are running on this page right now, drawn by the same code your account uses. Neither is a screenshot.

On your own website

One line of HTML puts your best reviews where people decide whether to call you. It takes your site’s own fonts and colours.

The braised short rib is the best thing I have eaten this year, and the room feels warm without being loud.

Booked late on a Saturday and they still found us a table. Staff remembered our anniversary from last year.

Nothing to grant before you start

Most review tools want management access to your Google Business Profile before they can do anything at all. That is the same permission that can change your opening hours, your photos and your description, and you are asked for it on day one, before you know whether the product is any good.

RespondWay starts from the notification emails you already receive. Forward them and it works, with nothing to approve and nothing to hand over. On Yelp, Tripadvisor and OpenTable it is the only thing that works at all, because none of them lets any tool reply on your behalf.

Without that access, publishing stays a paste. The draft is written, tagged and waiting, and you put it live yourself. Our own Google API approval is still pending, and the day it lands the option to connect appears in Settings and publishing becomes one click.

When you do connect it, the access is scoped to reading your reviews and posting the replies you approve, encrypted where we store it, and gone the moment you disconnect. The point is that you choose it once the product has earned it, rather than before.
